Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter Information Centre

For the last six months Midshires Tourist Guides have been looking after this Jewellery Quarter Information Centre for the benefit of Visitors and Businesses in the area.

During that time we helped around 12,000 visitors who have asked us about everything from Public Toilets, Places to Eat and Drink, which Jewellers do what, Directions to a business they have heard about or where the Indian Consulate is for them to get their Visa’s.

We did this job under a six month contract which ended on 1st April. As we are all Professional ‘Blue Badge’ Tourist Guides, you may see us around from time to time, but we will no longer be managing the Jewellery Quarter Information Centre.

We have enjoyed our time over the winter period, meeting so many interesting people and helping you all. Whatever happens to this Information Centre in the future, we wish everyone good luck for the future and thank you all for your support.

GOODBYE from David M, Ann, Mary, Roger & David W.
